Who we are
Pretty Crazy is an independent creative studio founded by Idil and Defne in Istanbul.
With backgrounds in brand building, advertising, fashion and design, we bring together strategic thinking and a strong visual instinct to create work that feels distinctive, considered and a little unexpected.
We move between brand strategy, creative direction, content, production and art, choosing the right approach for every idea, rather than fitting every idea into the same process.
Sometimes it starts with a brand. Sometimes an image. Sometimes a simple “what if?”

Idil
With a solid background and extensive experience in advertising, marketing and brand communications, Idil brings a strategic perspective to the way brands think, look and communicate.
Her experience across global agencies and local and international brands shapes an approach that connects creative ambition with brand purpose.
Defne
With a background in fashion and design shaped in Milan, Defne brings a distinct visual sensibility to the studio.
Her work draws on fashion, art and contemporary image-making, turning concepts into compelling visual worlds.
How we think
We start with the idea, not the tool.
Sometimes that’s a camera. Sometimes it’s AI. Most of the time, it’s both.
We bring strategy, aesthetics and production together from the beginning, building a process around what the work actually needs.
Our point of view
We believe great creative work sits somewhere between a good idea and a slightly unreasonable one.
